Julie has deep ties to Buena Vista; she is a Buena Vista native, growing up and graduating from high school here. Julie, her husband, Lon, and two dogs are proud to call Buena Vista home since 2001 when they relocated from Golden, CO to raise their three children.

Julie feels a strong commitment to the community and its members and feels privileged for the opportunity to give back to this generous and supportive valley. She enjoys supporting youth group, school events, soccer, baseball and softball programs, BV Pregnancy Center, local Rotary, and Boys & Girls Club.

Julie received her Paralegal Degree in 1984 and her Real Estate Broker license in 1985. In 2006 she opened her own independent real estate office in Buena Vista and transferred the business to join First Colorado Land Office in 2019.

Julie has extensive knowledge of Real Estate, market conditions and of the Buena Vista area. She finds joy and satisfaction in developing long term relationships with her clients and helping them find their mountain dream home, local business opportunity or in taking their next step in life.
