We are from Florida. We want to eventually move to Colorado with clean air and plenty of room. Dennis drove us all over the San Luis Valley in a Spring snowstorm. The piece of land we wanted Dennis said just went under contract. Two days of driving around and trying to decide on which property we would buy, Dennis called and said the property we originally wanted was out of contract. We immediately went to his office and signed everything. 10 days later, we closed. This never would have happened if Dennis wasn’t looking out for us.
